This was also part of The Old Power Station, so particular attention given to the layout of these two properties. The goal was to retain as much of the original features as possible, whilst keeping the overarching feel clean and bright by using the roof trusses to up-light the exposed vaulted ceilings, bouncing light back down into the space.
No two properties or layouts were the same, each designed with a bespoke kitchen within the large open-plan living space which made the most of the high vaulted ceilings. All were finished off with a master suite, guest room, separate shower room and home office area, recognising its former industrial life.
